• TF2 / L4D2 mods and assets
• NSFW models and assets
• 3D props
• Blender and SFM animations
• Concept art and 2D illustrations
• Live2D models and rigging
• Twitch assetsBy commissioning our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.PAYMENT TERMSWe accept:
• Secure card payments
• ACH (where applicable)
• Approved installment plans (50/50 or structured milestone payments)
• Cryptocurrency (for non-creator program commissions)
• Approved gift card payments (where applicable)Full payment or agreed installment must be completed before final files are delivered.Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of the project.PROJECT SCOPE & REVISIONSClients are entitled to revisions within the originally agreed scope of work.Revisions that:
• Significantly alter the original concept
• Add new features
• Require structural redesignMay incur additional charges.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTSUpon full payment:
• The client receives usage rights to the commissioned work.
• Clients may redistribute or share the model.
• Clients may use the model for commercial purposes.However:
• Clients may not claim authorship of the work.
• Proper credit to Kaido Corp / KAIDO ENTERPRISE must be maintained.
• Resale of raw files without modification is prohibited unless explicitly agreed.NSFW CONTENTWe accept NSFW commissions.Access to NSFW-related services may require age verification.We reserve the right to decline any commission that violates platform guidelines or applicable laws.DELIVERY & TIMELINESDelivery timelines vary depending on project complexity.Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the commission.Delays caused by:
• Client inactivity
• Failure to provide required materials
• Late approvalsMay extend the delivery schedule.DORMANT PROJECTSIf a client becomes unresponsive without prior notice:
• The project may be moved to a dormant status.
• No refund will be issued.
• The project may be resumed upon client communication and order confirmation.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available under the following conditionsBEFORE WORK BEGINSClients may request a refund before production starts.A 5% processing fee may apply.AFTER FIRST W.I.P UPDATEIf after two revision attempts the client remains unsatisfied, a refund may be considered.Processing fees (5%) will be deducted.NON REFUNDABLE SITUATIONSRefunds will not be granted if:
• The project is completed.
• The client cancels for reasons outside the agreed scope.
• The client becomes inactive without notice.
• Milestone payments are abandoned after work has begun.Repeated invalid refund attempts may result in denial of future commissions.
